We have a return and refund policy based on the User’s satisfaction with the product. Any item found faulty on delivery should be reported by the Customer within () days of delivery including any holidays. The User shall be asked for Reasons for Return, which shall include but is not limited to; damaged while shipping, items are defective. This must be notified to Us via email and the Product must be shipped back to Us or the Seller. This will be communicated during request raised for return or refund.
The Defective Product needs to be returned within 10 days from when it was delivered or picked up. This will include any holidays and weekends. Goods must not be damaged after the delivery. The Original bill and all accessories of Product must be returned along with the Product. A faulty product shall be deemed so with a valid proof of the fault.
We encourage the User to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case User orders a wrong item, User shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
How your money is refunded depends on how you made the original payment.
· If you paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to your card. If the card you paid with is closed or invalid, the money will still be refunded to your credit card account.
